PLAYER NOTES: --Coach Sam Vincent re-inserted center Nazr Mohammed into the starting lineup vs. the Blazers to try to negate some of Portland's size. It didn't help much, and Vincent reverted to using Matt Carroll or Jared Dudley more with the starters in the second half.
--Emeka Okafor seems to have his offensive game back. After four games of eight points or less, he went 11, 19 and 21 points in the three victories.
--Rookie Jared Dudley had a rough night offensively (1-of-6 for two points) but he seemed to be the one Bobcat capable of blocking out a Trail Blazer under the basket.
--Gerald Wallace had to leave the game for about five minutes after falling and hitting his head on Okafor's knee. Wallace, who has a history of concussions, returned to the game with about three minutes left.
