--It's safe to say no one exploits the 3-point line more this season than Jason Richardson. One of 28 players to shoot 40 percent or better from outside the arc, Richardson has taken more than 500 attempts -- or about a third of what the Memphis Grizzlies have taken as a team.
--The Bobcats have kept close tabs on the NCAA Tournament, and with good reason. Of the 35 players in the NBA who have played on NCAA champions, six are Bobcats (most in the league). Derek Anderson and Nazr Mohammed won with Kentucky, Raymond Felton and Sean May with North Carolina, Jason Richardson with Michigan State and Emeka Okafor with Connecticut. QUOTE TO NOTE: "The first two or three months of the season, we probably would have given up, caved in, and lost by 20." -- Bobcats guard Jason Richardson on winning Saturday at Portland despite a 23-6 deficit on the offensive boards.
