Charlotte Bobcats Notes, Quotes 2009-11-21

Charlotte Bobcats Notes, Quotes 2009-11-21--If the Bobcats' poor start carries on through the season, Larry Brown will break a personal career standard: He has never coached an NBA team for at least two seasons without getting that franchise into the playoffs. He's done that with seven franchises since the Denver Nuggets joined the NBA in 1976.

Brown has often been running game-day shootarounds at the particularly early hour of 9 a.m.

"The first time, there was some mumbling," Brown said of his players' reaction. "The second time, less mumbling. And then they decided they like it better."

QUOTE TO NOTE: "Fifty-five points? That's a career for some guys." -- Bobcats coach Larry Brown on Bucks rookie G Brandon Jennings' incredible scoring night versus the Golden State Warriors.
