
--It doesn't sound like Jason Richardson's return from an inflamed right knee is around the corner. Richardson said his knee is stiff, sore and weak. Richardson played all 82 last season, but coach Larry Brown doesn't want Richardson playing until he's confident the symptoms have abated completely.
--The Bobcats get their shots blocked a lot and Sunday was a prime example: The Magic had 11 rejections (five by Dwight Howard).
